Q: How can I track my order?
A: There are two ways of tracking your order:
- Find your consignment number as should be sent with your dispatch notification and use the Australia Post parcel tracking system (Will start with a VYQ5)
- Login to your account, and choose ‘Track my orders”
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Depending on where you live, your order can reach you anytime from 2 days to a week, not counting unexpected delays which may affect your order.
Any unexpected delays that affect your order will have us contact you regarding the issue.
Q: I’ve made an order and paid with Bank Deposit, Why hasn’t it been sent yet?
A: Orders paid via Bank Deposit take time for the payment to reach our bank due to processing time between banks. Generally, this means your order will be delayed by a day, however you can send us through a copy of the payment receipt to email@example.com and we should be able to get it out same day.
Q: X Item shows as out of stock, when will you get more of it?
A: Sometimes our items will run out of stock, and if there’s something you want that we don’t have in stock feel free to send us a message about it, sometimes the item simply may have run out of stock on our webstore or there is an imminent shipment containing the item.
Items that are listed under our ‘Specials’ Category however are purely Limited Stock only. Specials which run out of stock are unlikely to be restocked, however popular items may be moved into the normal inventory, and reglar stock may be specialed out from time to time.
Q: Why has a part of my order been backordered, and what does this mean?
A: If a part of your order has been backordered, it is likely that what has happened is a sudden destocking of our warehouse inventory that doesn’t match up to our website inventory.
Sometimes, such things as factory delays and availability can affect what is kept in stock, or it simply isn’t ready to ship yet. In these cases, an item is placed onto backorder, where it will be shipped out separately once it comes in, and you will be most likely contacted by our staff regarding this. No extra costs in shipping are incurred if an item is backordered.
Q: Do you have X Item?
A: If there is an item that you do not see on our website but wish to locate, don’t hesitate to send us a quick question through the Contact Us page.
We often stock items in our warehouse that may be pending to be put onto our website, are one-off specials that we have not decided to put onto our site or things that we simply do not list due to special circumstances, such as heavy freight, dangerous goods or extremely limited availability.
Q: What do I do if I need to change a part of my order?
A: If you’ve made a mistake on your order and paid for it, or you wish to add something to your order, please contact us either through the Contact Us page or on 03 5795 1730 as soon as possible after placing your order.
We are more than capable of adding and removing items to an order that have been forgotten or mistaken for another, and adjustments to order pricing resulting from such are fully capable of being either credited to your Vardhman Threads member account or refunded.
Q: What kind of payment methods can be used for my Website order?
A: Currently, we support Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Bank Deposit and AfterPay as forms of payment for orders placed with us.
